In case you haven't been paying attention. As of 12:30 PM MST, the Senate.GOP.2006 contract is up 4 to 68.6, which is getting close to a sure thing. The smart money is betting on GOP control of the Senate. Here is the chart:
The House.GOP.2006 contract is up 3.7 to 35.1. When you look at the chart below, you can see the huge sell-off related to the Foley scandel. This market hasn't gotten over that yet, but we shall see.
