Let me see if I get this right. Your brother, who looks like you, talks like you and shares the same parents, happens to be a lobbyist with who you've consulted and you don't see him as your brother, only as a lobbyist who happens to share your interests?
Oh yeah, and lets not forget that he supports you behind the scenes with your campaign and even went so far as to trash your primary opponent. Beyond that, he means nothing.
Makes sense to me.
