Behold! The Mormon Cricket
I had no idea how fascinating these creatures were. Who would have thought there would be such interest in the Mormon Cricket? The wonders of the blogosphere never cease to amaze me.

They're significant agricultural pests. That's why they're studied, and why some means of controlling them is needed.
I agree with a commenter on your listing this as part of Utah pork, this should be part of a USDA appropriation.
